More Than a Business — A Mission to Build, Serve, and Power a Better Future
Hi, I’m Ariel Escarcha Realin, the founder of this initiative, AER Solar, a trusted solar company in the Philippines. I’m an electrical engineer by profession and a builder at heart. For many years, I aspired to also become an architect and a civil engineer — someone who could help shape a better Philippines through sustainable design and innovation.
But along the way, I saw a deeper need in our society: the need for leaders with integrity, youth with values, and a nation guided by purpose. That realization led me down a different path — one of service, education, and faith. I became a missionary and youth leader, dedicating years to guiding young people, teaching life principles, and empowering them to succeed with purpose.
Today, as we stand at the crossroads of technology, climate urgency, and digital transformation, I’ve come full circle. I’ve equipped myself with new skills — graduating as a medalist awardee from the DICT General Virtual Assistance Training and completing a 6-week SEO training from KODA Camp — and I’m bringing together everything I’ve learned: engineering, technology, leadership, and a heart for service.
